Unique Tower 22 Floor De Luxe Apartment is a flat located in a prestigious location at 49 Grzybowska St. The building in which the flat is located is one of the tallest premium buildings in Poland. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, right next to the business centre and the very centre of Warsaw. The flat is well connected to almost all districts of the city, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. There are numerous tram and bus stops nearby, as well as stations of the second metro line Rondo Daszyńskiego (850 m) and Rondo ONZ (900 m). There are many cultural attractions in the area, such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Wola Museum and the Jewish cemetery. Thanks to its convenient location, the property offers access to numerous cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Unique Tower 22 Floor De Luxe Apartment has beautifully furnished two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a dressing room and a bathroom. Guests are provided with a range of practical amenities including an iron, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and kitchen accessories. An additional indisputable advantage is the phenomenal view of Warsaw's skyscrapers, whose image illuminates the night sky. The flat also has an armchair and a desk, which will allow for remote working. The facility is equipped with an intelligent control and management system for the electrical installation
Guests can take advantage of the parking space located in the underground garage.
Free use of the car park is possible by using the chip attached to the keys.
To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
