Develia Mała Praga Charming Studio

Develia Mała Praga Charming Studio is located in the district of Praga Południe. It is a sprawling sports and leisure district, known for the PGE Narodowy stadium, home to some of Poland's best sporting, entertainment and business events. It is also a place known for its nightlife centre with lively cocktail bars and wine bars on Francuska Street and bars under the Poniatowski Bridge and in Saska Kępa that are open in the summer.

There are numerous bus stops nearby. The flat is located a short distance from the East Railway Station, from where you can easily and quickly get to the city centre. Nearby, there is also the historic Skaryszewski Park with its ponds, sculptures and walking paths, the Praga Koneser Centre, with its complex of residential, office, cultural and entertainment facilities, where, among other things, various exhibitions, fairs and special events are organised, the Neon Museum, the Museum of Polish Vodka and the Wilenska Shopping Centre.
