Premium Artdeco Boutique is a apartment located in a quiet and green district of Mokotów. In the neighbourhood there are many places worth visiting such as Łazienki Królewskie Park, Fryderyk Chopin Monument, Morskie Oko Park, or Promenada Park. There is also a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Another advantage of the property is its location near Okęcie Airport (approx. 25 min by taxi) and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Premium Artdeco Boutique has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests have a range of practical amenities at their disposal, including an iron, hairdryer, coffee maker and kitchen accessories.
To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.

The way to the apartment from the entrance felt like making way through an old building, which is off the host, but the room was clean, beautifully decorated with a touch of vintage feel with modern looks, and equipped with essential supplies.
The quality of the beds was also good, and the surroundings were peaceful. The BookingHost support was responsive over chat. Please include clear instructions on your listing for garbage disposal; we could not find any garbage disposal options at the premises. The only option I saw was to go to the nearby building no 39, which had large-sized public garbage bin collectors.
If the guests are staying for a short time, like three nights, please consider providing toilet paper for that length of time.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and recommend this spacious property for a unique experience with classy interiors.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, klimatyczne, w starej kamienicy. Łazienka była czysta jednak był w niej nieprzyjemny zapach, taki z rur odpływowych. Dla nas problemem był brak kapsułek do ekspresu, chociaż zapewniono nas że będą. Herbata i cukier były zapewnione tylko na jeden poranek, to nie problem ale warto wiedzieć przed przyjazdem.

Die Wohnung wurde nur sehr oberflächlig sauber gemacht. Auf dem Boden und in allen Ecken war Staub und Müll, das Badezimmer war eckelhaft!
Als wir ankamen (Ende September) war die Heizung nicht an und die Wohnung sehr kalt - wir haben in Pullis geschlafen. Erst nach ein paar Tagen wurde die Heizung eingeschaltet, jedoch durch bis zur Abreise ist die Wohnung kühl geblieben.

Nice apartments but need to pay more attention to details... Strange response from managing personnel about my findings( list of findings were sent via Booking.com application as normally required) in apartments on my arrival. Looks like ignoring polite advices, probably from previous guests as well, pushing me to make photos and extended report, etc.
I just came to Warsaw to spend my time with family, but not to play ping-pong with managing personnel.
As an option, need to check property carefully after/before each guest.

Однак, на жаль, були і суттєві недоліки. По-перше, в оголошенні зазначено, що є три ліжка, чого ми очікували, оскільки нас було троє дорослих. Проте, на місці виявилося, що спати можна тільки на двох ліжках, а додаткову ковдру для третього гостя нам відмовилися надати.
По-друге, з самого ранку нашого приїзду нам заважав шум перфоратора, оскільки в сусідів йшов ремонт. Шум тривав протягом всіх днів, навіть у суботу, з ранку і до вечора. Ми повідомили про це власника, надіславши фото та відео, але, на жаль, жодної адекватної реакції з його боку не отримали. Сподіваємось, що нам все ж таки буде компенсовано за цей незручний досвід.

Brak ciepłej wody. Dodatkowo zostałam oskarżona o uszkodzenie uchwytu na papier toaletowy i otrzymałam wezwanie do zapłaty. Do dziś nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi na moje wyjaśnienia. Oczekuję również zapłaty rekompensaty za brak ciepłej wody podczas mojego pobytu w obiekcie. Pomimo upływu czasu, nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Totalne lekceważenie gości.

Zero kontaktu z obsługą obiektu! Mimo wielokrotnych prób infolinia milczy, na wiadomości wysłane via booking żadnej odpowiedzi. Mieszkanie było nieposprzątane! Brudna pościel, brudne ręczniki. Niestety z przykrością nie polecam choć samo mieszkanie i lokalizacja przepiękne.

Na podłodze w sypialni była krew i pełno kurzu. Napisałam e-maila + przesłałam zdjęcia, ale odpowiedzi zwrotnej nie dostałam.

W obiekcie wynajętym na 3 doby dla 4 osób 2 rolki papieru toaletowego skończyły się po jednym dniu. Jedna tabletka do zmywarki również. Proponuję zabezpieczać apartament adekwatnie do ilości dni na jakie został zarezerwowany.

Very quite location, you can sleep and enjoy the silence
Apartment looks same as on the photos, no cheating
Limited supplementary goods: only 1 tablet for washing machine, no coffee capsules, no basics for the breakfast, like oat, etc
Doors are very old, it’s authentic, but I think it’s too much ancient
There is no locker in the bathroom/toilet, no locker at all - apartment is for 4 people, so locker would be a great option
Slow support- we have contacted the host with the questions about the locker, they didn’t provide any answer for a few days

Design is perfect. It’s so great that owners are taking care about designed this such a small details .
Apartment is big . Living room has a balcony.
Beds are very comfortable .
Super well equipped kitchen .
It’s enough of cutlery , towels , coffee machine is there , teapot  , microwave. Everything is working properly.
floors are authentic so it’s make a lot of noise )
It’s a bit far from the city center . Not walkable distance.

It is very spacious, even for four people very comfortable
I would recommend to add welcome still water after a trip if you did not have a chance to pop in to a grocery.
A wi fi stopped working on a second day, I receive a comment from host but it took of course very much longer if you would just stay in hotel

brak sztućców, nieczynna zmywarka (chyba jeszcze niepodłączona)
Brak telewizora mimo ze nie ma go w wykazie ale raczej nikt nie wyobraża sobie apartamentu premium bez telewizora. Brak specjalnej skrzynki na klucze. Klucze dostępne do odbioru w otwartej skrzynce na listy.

Ми зупинялись у квартирі на тиждень, обирали за такими критеріями як:
- близьке розташування до центру;
- автентичний зовнішній вигляд;
- жилий простір комфортний для проживання 3-Х дівчат;
- адекватна ціна.
Квартира відповідає фотографіям, велика і світла. Багато точок різноманітного освітлення, затишна зала для посиденьок, велика кухня, на якій є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Нові м’які меблі, які вдало поєднуються із старовинними елементами декору, ліжка просторі та комфортабельні. Великий вибір рушників, одноразові капці, косметика для тіла, доп.білизну принесли за нашим проханням. Не вистачало засобів по догляду за квартирою: миючих та ганчірок для посуду та дзеркал, дезинфекторів для туалету, туалетного паперу, прального засобу. Можливо це некритично для 1-2 діб, але для тижня перебування це важливо.
Також рекомендую хостам звернути увагу на чистоту елементів декору, а саме декоративних подушок і білих фіранок. Під час нашого перебування виникла проблема з відірваною ручкою у туалеті, на жаль за тиждень вона так і не була вирішена, що викликало щоденні проблеми при користуванні туалетом і псувало настрій. Рекомендую звернути увагу на міжкімнатні двері, вони старі і не закриваються повністю, що також викликає дискомфорт при проживанні 3-Х людей.
Майбутнім гостям зауважу, що ліфта у будинку немає, розраховуйте сили заздалегідь. Також під час нашого перебування відбувався ремонт дороги прямо під вікнами, який не зупинявся навіть вночі, але звичайно це не провина хостів.
На жаль поряд з будинком немає ніяких кафе, де можна поїсти, а також супермаркетів, лише локальна маленька Жабка. Проте поряд є зупинка 131 автобуса, 10 хвилин і ви в центрі!
Підсумовуючи хочу подякувати хостам за гостинність і побажати всього найкращого у їхньому бізнесі!
Одну зірку вимушена зняти за ситуацію з ручкою.
