Metro Imielin 9th Floor Apartment has a beautifully furnished bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. In the apartment, guests will find: fridge, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, toaster, and other amenities that are at your disposal. Guests can prepare their meals in a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment is also comes with a free parking space in an undeground parking lot.

Drogi Andrzeju, Dziękujemy za opinię i uwagi. Przekażemy je kierownikom odpowiednich działów, aby pracownicy dokonywali większej kontroli naszych apartamentów i zaistniała sytuacja więcej się nie powtórzyła. Niestety nie zapewniamy kapsułek do ekspresu, lecz dajemy na start kawę oraz herbatę, którą można sobie zrobić podczas pobytu w apartamencie. Zapewniamy jedną/dwie rolki papieru, jeśli potrzebuje Pan więcej, może Pan zawsze kupić je we własnym zakresie. Pozdrawiam serdecznie, Wiktoria

Dear Jacek, thanks for your review. It helps us to improve our service. We do all we can to clean and prepare the apartment for our Guests. I know that your stay could be better. We tried to solve all your concerns. There were some shortcomings in cleaning - I already reported it to the cleaning service. I needed photos to check what is the main problem. I asked you what do you expect but you never answerd my email :( We could easly clean this and make your experience better but you didn't told me that. We also provide basic comestics and cleaning chemicals for the first nights. But if you need anything - just let us know. I'm sorry that you had bad experience. We take whole responsibility about our apartments.
