The place looks exactly like on the pictures. Check in process was super easy. Everything you need at least for first couple days will be there. The location is great! You can walk pretty much everywhere or you can take a tram if you don’t feel like walking. Zabka is in the same building on the first floor. Also there is a nice place “pan tu nie stal” with cheap homemade meals. We loved everything about this place and will stay here again if go to Warsaw!

I really like the location: easy to get to the touristy old town AND the city center with all the shops. The tram stop is right next to the apartment. I love the layout of the apartment: spacious and doesn't feel like you're boxed in. This apartment is clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Also liked the view from the windows.
Negative:
Check-in time could be earlier. 4 p.m. is too late. Communication with the host could have been slightly better. The apartment was obviously cleaned (they let us drop off our stuff before 4 p.m.), but they still wanted us to leave the apartment and come back at 4 p.m. But it was nice that we could drop off our stuff.

Appartement was great, clean and in a good location. Bathroom was a little small but for this price you can't complain. Only negative I would say is there was only one small sponge in the appartement for us to do all the dishes by hand and no dish soap which we had to buy ourselves plus extra sponges. But other than that a great place for great value.

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, dobrze skomunikowane z resztą miasta, a zarazem ciche i spokojne. Na miejscu zastaliśmy wszystkie udogodnienia, które były zawarte w ofercie, na bardzo duży plus śniadania, które były w ofercie. Codziennie pod drzwiami, świeże i smaczne, co zazwyczaj nie zdarza się u osób wynajmujących mieszkania. Jedyne co niestety na delikatny minus to, że mieszkanie przed naszą wizytą, nie zostało odkurzone i już od pierwszych kroków było to czuć. Co prawda odkurzacz był na wyposażeniu mieszkania, ale mimo wszystko powinno to być zrobione. Jeszcze nawiązując do czystości, stolik w salonie miał grubą warstwę kurzu, a w łazience niestety nie było mydła. Na szczęście żele pod prysznic oferowane przez hosta, pomogły nam w tej sytuacji. Jeśli chodzi o resztę to nie można się przyczepić, czysta pościel, ręczniki, bardzo przytulnie. Kuchnia również bez zastrzeżeń.

Todo estupendo en general. Te dejan el desayuno en la puerta a las 7 como un reloj. tiene ascensor y el apartamento es muy espacioso. Nosotros eramos 3, pero en el sofa cama pueden dormir 2 personas. Asi que tiene capacidad para 4 el apartamento.

Por poner una pega el colchon es algo blandito y para alojarte muchos dias, puede que resulte algo incomodo para la espalda, pero en general cumplió nuestras expectativas. relacion calidad precio muy bien.

Linia tramwajowa tuż obok budynku. Mieszkanie odpowiada temu co widać na zdjeciach. Stan wyposażenia ok. Zadbałabym jednak o bardziej dokładne sprzątanie. Mimo tej niedogodności zdecydowanie polecam i jeśli będę ponownie w Warszawie, a termin będzie dostępny chętnie zarezerwuję to miejsce.

Upon arrival, I found the floor to be unclean, prompting me to vacuum it myself to ensure a more pleasant environment. Additionally, I noticed hygiene issues in the bathroom, where the toilets were both dirty and clogged. Despite these drawbacks, I was able to address and resolve the concerns independently.
It's regrettable that the apartment has great potential, and the experience could be enhanced if it were perfectly clean. Hope these observations will be taken into consideration for future guests.

From the ad I didn't expect a single rental in a large apartment complex with no formal reception or personal contact. Arrival at midnight was a real nitemare. The entrance to the building is one of a number of entrances, is at the back of the building, poorly lit, and with no identifying features. The lock-box was a challenge for us,even with the instruction video they provided. If we had arrived during the day it would have been a lot easier, but still problematic.

La ubicación es muy buena tanto para aparcar (parking) como para coger el transporte público. También se puede llegar andando al centro, a unos 20 minutos. Tienes un supermercado justo debajo, que facilita comprar agua o cualquier necesidad para salir del paso. El apartamento tiene muy buenas condiciones y aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, sí tiene ventilador.

Although it is very convenient to have the breakfast delivered to your door. It was a nuisance to hear the ringer at 6-7am. The shower door needs a new design because water pours all over the bathroom. The pots and pans are a bit meager and there are no appropriate utensils for the frying pans.

Очень хорошее расположены апартаменты. Близко к старому городу. Рядом много кафе, магазинов. Даже удалось найти бесплатную парковку. Огромный торговый центр Аркадия в 15 минутах пешком.
В апартаментах есть почти все необходимое : фен, утюг, стиральная машина, гель для душа, кофемашина капсульная (капсулы было всего три, на двоих на 3 дня, очень мало, так как мы кофеманы). Очень удобно, ключи можно забрать в любое время в сейфе и не встречаться с хозчином, т.к мы планировали приехать раньше, на границе простояли 7 часов. Очень удобная кровать, полотенец штук 6. Были гель для душа, шампуни, мыло.

The apartment is ideally located between the old town and the Polin museum. It is spacious, quiet and clean. Access is easy with key codes.
Negative:
The apartment is good but could be better. Firstly, you can read the newspaper with your eyes closed in the bedroom at 5am, it is that light. The curtain is too thin and/or too light in colour. Secondly, the shower rod is somewhat loose and water runs over the bath edge onto the floor. In the morning breakfast is delivered in front of your door. Fine, but please don't touch the door bell at 05am45 on a Saturday morning (despite the fact I'm already awake reading the newspaper).

Place was overall good, location is great and space is great, but we had few issues that made our stay not as awesome we thought it would be. Sheets, dishes and cutlery were not as clean as they should be. TV was not working, and mattress was really thin and soft. We initially agreed trough messages that we would be able to come earlier than 16:00 (official check-in time) and leave our luggage, and this was agreed upon night before arrival, but when we arrived next day they told us this was not an option. I know that host's did not have to agree to this (this was their good will), but since they did it was an inconvenience to us to kiss the door and wait for 4 more hours nearby.
Every morning breakfast was delivered to our doors and this was a nice gesture.
Overall, okay stay, great location.

Pomimo oczekiwania na wejście do apartamentu , było nie posprzątane pani przyszła po 20 min od momentu wejścia o ustalonej godzinie i zaczęła sprzątać przez co trzeba było udać się na spacer . Prosiliśmy czy nie da się przybyć do apartamentu wcześniej ponieważ taki był przyjazd pociągu dostaliśmy informację że apartament nie będzie posprzątany wcześniej więc dopiero można przyjsc o godzinie 16. Czekaliśmy cierpliwie ale mimo przyjścia po godzinie 16 i tak okazało się że jest nie przygotowane.

As everything in life there is good and bad. The Good: Location of the apartment, it is very centralize to all area's of the city which most visitors would want to see and visit. Two local food markets very close. Pharmacy with English speaking very close. Bakery Very Close, Restaurant's Very Close, Old town 12 Minute walk, Uber cabs very inexpensive for travel and somewhat easy to use. Breakfast offer everyday waiting outside your door around 6:00 AM. Unfortunately you have only 2 choices of breakfasts, meat cuts offered every second day and yogurt with fruit mix. But there was plenty too eat with the breakfast. The apartment is on the 6 floor, but there is an elevator. Unfortunately the elevator broke down the last 4 days we stayed and I had to carry 3 large Suitcases down stairs (and walk back up 3 times) when we went to the Airport on the last day. I am a senior citizen and this was very difficult to walk up and down the stairs the last 4 days. I know that the elevator is not the responsibility of the the owner of the apartment, but if you have difficulties in walking stairs this might not be the apartment for you as unforeseen things can happen. They internet WIFI service worked really well
Ran out of space on the Problems list below;
9) This apartment is not set up very well for long stay tenants. Very short supplies on all necessary items that are needed to have a long stay in the apartment.
10) Bathroom is VERY small and not easy to use as the shower glass is poorly designed for showers.
11) BY FAR THE WORST THING FOR ME WAS THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND EFFORT TAKEN BY THE CARETAKER OR OWNER. I do not speak Polish so if you need something for your stay at an apartment you need people who own the apartment to help out as your abilities as a foreigner is very limited. It became quite evident that this apartment was only about the money you pay not your well being or comfort in your stay.
Negative:
To start with the communication with the owner or people in charge of the apartment is very unacceptable. No one ever came to the apartment to help with any of the following issues that we had with apartment. All communication was done by email and most of the email by the owner or caretaker was through the booking agent. So when I sent emails back they were undeliverable through the email internet. I had to go to the one email that was sent separate by the caretaker to me to make contact. Here is a list of items that were not up to any apartment standard.
1) the TV satellite provider is does not work. After many emails this was not resolved. I notice other tenants had also complained about this problem.
2) We were there for three weeks with 3 Adults and there was only 1 towel supplied for each adult issued. After 7-8 days they dropped off more towels at the door.
They owner refuses to supply a microwave oven does not want one in the apartment. No way to reheat any food other than cooking it again on the stove.
3) The shower head in the bathtub was not operating correctly (poor water spray), the caretaker would not resolve this issue. So I went to hardware store and bought my own to use while we were staying at the apartment than put the old on back when we left.
4) Only one key for each lock on the front door which makes it difficult if each adult wants to come home at a different time as only one person would have a key for the front door.
5) This apartment only has one room and having more people than what would sleep in the one room is very inconvenient. This should be advertised for only two adults or less. But each Tennent has to decide for themselves how much privacy they need.
6) No Air Conditioning so when it gets hot outside you may want to consider how much comfort you need to sleep at night. There was 1 fan in the apartment which was a huge help with the heat problem in the apartment.
7) Very limited Kitchen supplies. Only a few classes & coffee mug

All the above were great! But..... If you have issues at the apartment forget about anyone who will come and fix or help you !!!!!!! TV not working , Hair dryer not working , supplies for 3 people , 5 nights and six days were ridiculous !!!!! Not enough towels !!!! , no toilette paper , kitchenet with empty containers for coffee or sugar (from last booking probably ).... 2 coffee capsules for 6 days and 3 people … Shame on the owners!!!!! we came internationally for a busy 4 days of conference and had NO time to call again and again , we sent e-mails and texts ….talking with them once (Yes! we succeeded once !) we were told to take pictures ( seriously?! ) of the hair dryer etc and send back … when we explained that it is NOT working and we leave in 2 days already …… the answer was : we cant do anything ! we will defiantly NOT come back though the apartment is nice BUT maintenance is awful !!! .
